2022 Libra Ingress US – A Year of Big Changes Part 3

In parts 1 and 2 for the Aries and Cancer’s Ingress most of the action has been how the US government reacts to foreign problems. But over the summertime this eventually turns into domestic problems in the economy that the people begin to react to. By Fall, and the time of the Libra Ingress the people are ready to react in the own way.

This year’s Libra Ingress occurs on September 22, 2022 at 9:04 PM EDT for Washington D.C. The Sun is located in the 5^th House, partile conjunct Mercury there. The Sun is the ruler of the 5^th House too. The Moon, Venus, and Ceres are also in the 5^th House.

Because this an election year for Congress the election falls under this ingress chart. With the Sun in the 5^th House, the focus in on the opposition party to the current Congress. Many political commentators except this going to be a wave election year that sweeps Republicans back into power in Congress. This is possible under this chart given the activity int the 5^th House. But Congress is ruled by a retrograde Saturn in the 10^th House suggesting that things may be close. Maybe even too close. Neptune is there in the 11^th House so maybe things with Congress aren’t clear.

The outcome in Congress is completely dependent on the economy. The economy meanwhile is on fire, but not in a good way, Mars is in the Second House about to turn retrograde. As it does, the economy is like to do the same. Mercury, the ruler of the 2^nd House is partile conjunct the Sun and therefore the focus of the electorate is whether the economy. Mercury itself is combust and weak and most people will probably think of the economy in the same terms.

Therefore the people will likely for a change. However, this precludes any possible vote fraud issues. After the issues with the 2020 Presidential election half the population is still concerned about this. Most Republicans believe the Trump claims of vote fraud in the 2020. Despite what a majority of the media says. So it may a highly contentious election year.

Venus is the chart ruler, intercepted in Virgo there. Venus rules an Ascendant that has Uranus and the North Node conjunct it and this reinforced that something usually will happen over the Fall and probably related to the election. Therefore is within the realm of possibly that the unaddressed vote fraud concerns from 2020 may reappear in 2022. If it does don’t expect it to the end same way it did for the 2020 election.

In other political predictions, if Biden is to be replaced by the 25^th Amendment, it is likely to happen this Fall. Probably after the election in December. The closer to January the better because then this allows Kamala Harris to run for reelection twice. Pluto on the Midheaven is indication in a change of leadership and because Saturn is the ruler of this in the 10^th House this indicates a change not of parties but within the current ruling party, the Democratic party.

This sets up the for the last quarter of the astrological year, the Capricorn Ingress, which brings a completely new reality for the US.
